Edeburn joins to oversee construction operations and quality control across multifamily developments
Philadelphia, Pa., August 2025 — Samuel Switzenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of Switzenbaum & Associates, is pleased to announce that Brian Edeburn has joined the company as Head of Construction, effective August 2025. In this role, Edeburn will oversee on-site construction activities for Sycamore at Monroe, Switzenbaum & Associates’ newest luxury multifamily community in the Southeast, and support additional projects throughout the region.
Edeburn brings more than 30 years of construction management experience spanning all facets of development—from buyout to project closeout. He has successfully delivered multifamily communities across the country, including luxury, market-rate, affordable, senior, and student housing, with a strong presence throughout the Southeast and surrounding markets.
At Switzenbaum & Associates, Edeburn will serve as the primary liaison between the general contractor and the owner, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to design standards. His responsibilities include overseeing quality control and safety compliance, managing plan revisions, change orders, punch lists, and warranty work, and providing regular progress and cost updates.
