Jeyaraman to Lead Multifamily Site Identification and Land Strategy Across the Region
Philadelphia, Pa., July 2025 — Samuel Switzenbaum, Chief Executive Officer of Switzenbaum & Associates, is pleased to announce the appointment of AJ Jeyaraman as Head of Land Acquisitions for the Southeast region, effective July 2025.
In this key leadership role, Jeyaraman will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality multifamily development sites across the Southeast. His work will focus on strategic market expansion in high-growth areas—sourcing both on-market and off-market land opportunities and ensuring alignment with Switzenbaum & Associates’ long-term development vision.
Jeyaraman brings a strong analytical and strategic background to the position, overseeing all aspects of site evaluation—from feasibility and zoning compatibility to environmental review and market analysis. He will advise on negotiations with landowners and brokers, manage the initial due diligence process, and work closely with Switzenbaum & Associates’ development and finance teams to assess and structure viable projects.
In addition to driving acquisitions, Jeyaraman will cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, municipalities, and community partners, to remain at the forefront of market trends and policy developments influencing real estate growth in the region.
